Switching database, no login page
We are trying to migrate our database to a new SQL server box using this procedure - ON-PREMISES ONLY: QACOMPLETE DATABASE MIGRATION GUIDE.. Once we try to restart IIS and test out the system, we get a blank page - no username/login page - just browser application loading/spinning...
