Thank you vinniew for sharing your thoughts ! I am particularly looking to add more custom columns and enhance the default severity values to custom values to meet our company standards. It appears like Zephyr Enterprise internal defect tracking system don't offer to customize defaulted values except for Priority. Hi - I am exploring the possibilities to change the existing values to the Severity field and add more fields to the defect tracking module other than 2 placeholders provided by default. Please can anyone share your thoughts to achieve this if anyone has done before? Thanks!
