Is it possible to import a checklist from Word to be used as a Checklist Template?
Currently we end up copy and pasting each line item from our existing Word checklists into the our Collaborator templates. Is there an easier way to do this than copying line by line? Some of our checklists can be quite long (over 75 items).533Views0likes1CommentBug Report: Select All and Select None not working under "Edit Files"
When attempting to hide files which were included in a svn revision for a review, we discovered that the "Select All" and "Select None" buttons jump out of the review back to the Collaborator Home page. Selecting the files individually and hiding them works. It's just the "All" and "None" buttons which appear to be broken. Seems like something odd in the javascript for those buttons. Review Templates | Collaborator Documentation (smartbear.com)states that existing participants should remain as long as they have access to the new template. In my testing, the participant list is completely cleared regardless of whether they have access or not. Several of our users complain about the volume of emails that they receive from Collaborator even when the setting is adjusted to minimal. Is it possible to collect the notifications in a different format such as a single digest email instead of an email per review? (e.g. You are a participant in X reviews which are past due. You have Y stalled reviews currently.)1.5KViews1like3CommentsDelete comments on deleted defect?
Is there a way to delete or hide comments against a deleted defect? In our scenario, a defect was created and deleted but somehow users were able to make additional comments on the defect which has created a pin thread. Allow comment deletion is turned on in the server but I don't think it's viable to ask the users to go in order and delete their comments. I'd prefer to be able to clean this up as an admin and ideally permanently prevent future comments against deleted defects.696Views0likes0Comments
