Same issue here in Adelaide, Australia. Browser dev tools indicate a 503 response when requesting https://web.tm4j.smartbear.com/zs-webpack-runtime.5be5a11c.js. Browsing directly to this gives me: The fact that the SmartBear status page has not changed doesn't fill me with confidence.
