When I clone an issue the steps to follow are multiplied by 2
We have around 50 test issue to copy when a new regressiontest period is on. Each testissue has around 35 steps to copy. Some of them are suppost to be copied 6-12 times. I cloned the first one, check the amount of steps and they were ok. But if I clone the new one I get doubel and it will continue multiplicating each time. The most strange thing that happened was that I checked each one when I was ready. And the amount of stepgs were right. When the users opened the issue to beging executing, the steps had became 2, 4 , 8, etc times repeated. It is like I can not clone an issue. If I clone the original just once, sometimes it's ok. When I use the forward traceability, I get alla the requirements with its tests and execution. But If I select to show me only the last version, I get 0 rows. I had being having problems today, with Zephyr Squad, when showing the steps or Executed status of an open test-issue. One of these times a Testcycle I was working on duplicated by its self. With all the already executed test issues on it. When I click on one of them, both became active at the same time. If I change something , like creating a new folder in the cylce, It shows in both. We executed a re-indexing av both data and execution on Zephyr Squad app. But it didn't help. Has somebody a clue what to do to correct this? Thanks Mercedes559Views0likes0Comments
