In comparison to zephyr, X-ray is better for cloud. I've used both and found that the built-in reports and look and feel of xray are superior. Both have advantages and disadvantages, and if you intend to expand this to freshworks integrations here, say qtest, Test complete, then zephyr has some advantages over integration with Jira if it's zephyr because they are both Smartbear products.563Views0likes0Comments
