Anyone else experiencing slowness in Zephyr For Jira Cloud

I am experiencing really slow responses / updates when executing test cases in a test cycle in Zephyr.

All other website and Jira itself is quick and responsive.

just changing the status of a step when executing is too slow to work with.

I will post a recording to demonstrate the lag between updating a step status, and going back control of the web page

Actually I cannot, as it is over the 5 MEG limit

Restarted machine to rule that out as an issue, and have been using Zephyr all day today without issue, until approx 7PM EST

We've had one maintenance recently - it is completed now. So, the performance issue should go away. If you still see the issue, please submit it to our Support Team here.

We are still experiencing slowness (~3.5 min page load times and search not working). I've opened a case with support (00462253) ~24 hours ago, haven't gotten a confirmation email.

my organization is also experiencing this issue.

Extreme slowness in pulling up tests cases, or updating any execution steps.

This happens all the time, and is quite frankly getting ridiculous.

Why are you freezing the whole page while you update things in the background?

Just let us continue to work. This is 2020.
