using ZephyrScale fields in JQL

Friends,

Would like to prepare a report in Confluence as  Summary by Folder > Pivot > chart of Test Cases created / updated in ZephyrScale Plus 

Can there be some way to pull data from ZephyrScale in confluence page.

I don't think you can reference Zephyr test cases in JQL other than linked issues of course.  But maybe it's possible with a Jira add-in like script runner (not sure about that but worth looking into)
