It's not that difficult (depends on experience) but it was a bit cumbersome, I followed the steps in:

1. Export from Zephyr squad as XML
2. Convert the XML with: Git repository for the file converter.
3. Import into Zephyr Scale
4. Had to do some updates to test steps since some formatting will end up bad looking
In general I think it could be made more easy for the user but at least the converter worked properly.
