Zepyhr Scale Manual Test Engineer Certificate repeat after 2 failures

We have startet using Zephyr Scale in our Company. As a preparation some members did the certificate "Zephyr Scale Manual Test Engineer". The problem is they failed 2 times and now they cannot repeat the course. 

We need a solution, how can we repeat the course?
