We have one project and different clients and each client is assigned to a folder of that project. We need permission on a folder level. Please suggest a possible solution. We need to manage access on a folder level.
You can manage this outside of Zephyr Scale using Jira permissions, so that User 1 can only access Jira Project 1, and User 2 can only access Jira Project 2. Project 1 and Project 2 would then have separate test plans, cycles, cases, etc.

Unfortunately I don't have access to Zephyr Scale at the moment - technical issues on my side - so I can't check and advise. I don't remember if there is folder level security but if it exists it will be in Jira, Project Settings, and then the Zephyr Scale project settings section.
