Zephyr scale API connection from CI

After execution of selenium tests using zephyr scale rest api end point to upload the results. When running in local machine, the tests results are successfully uploaded to zephyr scale where When I run from TFS(team foundation server) there is a connection issue with rest api end point and http error code 443 has been thrown. Did anyone used TFS and upload the results to zephyr scale using zephyr rest api?

I don't know, what a 443 error code means, since it's not a standard error code. Could you maybe post the corresponding error message?
