Zephyr Scale free version

Hi,

I tried to use my Zephyr Scale free version, and it showed that it is unlicensed. I have been using it until April, and I don't need to continue using it after that. However, when I attempted to use it today, it still showed as unlicensed, and I couldn't try to reinstall the free version.

Is there something wrong? Am I doing something incorrectly?

Sorry, no idea why that is.  You could try Smartbear support: SmartBear Support
