Zephyr Scale - 'Test execution results by test plan' report is getting time out straight way

'Test execution results by test plan' reports aren't working for "last test execution" but are for All test executions.
The last test execution seems to be the more useful report but it just times out.

Using the developer console I can see that the URL it seems to call which times out with an HTTP status code 504 eventually returning.

That's a weird one.  I don't think it's specific to the report or function.  It works fine for me.  Perhaps it's a random blip of the reporting service or the service is timing out for another reason.  If it's still not working for you, I'd suggest contacting Smartbear support: SmartBear Support
