Zephyr Scale Test Cases

This is more like a "What is the best practice" question. 

 

Which is the best way to go about writing test cases in Zephyr Scale? Do you guys write in excel and then import? Which I tried and it wasn't that easy or atleast the mapping of the fields was too confusing and time consuming too. So how do you guys use Zephyr scale for Creating Test cases? Its a newbie question and hopefully I can find out, some of the best practices that others use 🙂

    Hi

     

    In my case we had too many test cases to go down the manual input route.  Once we figured out how to import test cases we created an Excel template and then shared that with the testers to compile their test scripts which were then imported.
