Zephyr Scale: Issue report

I saw that the list proposed by Zephyr also mentions 17 Issue reports, which I do not see, however, I only see:
27 Test Execution and 4 Traceability, and nothing else.
How come, how can I solve this?

I'm guessing you're on the Cloud version of Scale.  The Server version has the Issue reports.
