Our current project setup comprises three parallel sprints for each iteration, with one sprint assigned to each respective team. Our objective is to produce comprehensive reports for each team's testing efforts.
Our established workflow includes the following key steps:
- Designing test cases specific to each sprint.
- Linking these test cases to relevant issues.
- Executing the designated test cases.
- Generating comprehensive test summary reports.
Presently, we are encountering challenges in generating test summary reports and utilizing Zephyr gadgets to construct a dashboard for tracking testing progress within each sprint, primarily due to our non-utilization of cycles. We are seeking recommendations for expediting the generation of sprint-based reports and inquiring if transitioning to an alternative Zephyr product, such as Squad, would provide a more streamlined solution for this purpose.
