I'm afraid it's not possible to add code blocks in those fields, as their formatting is a bit limited.

You can make a feature request in the Ideas Portal:

Cloud: Zephyr Scale Cloud Ideas 

Server/DC: Zephyr Scale Server/DC Ideas
