In a test plan, I would like to include single test cases which are from different issues(eg.bug)
Is it possible to link a test case to a test plan without creating a test cycle?

I've not used ZS in this way before but you can link issues to a Test Plan, either in the Issue itself (clicking on the Zephyr Scale button and then the menu button), or by going to the Test Plan > Traceability tab, and then linking the issue. Is that what you're looking for?
