Why does Zephyr Scale take so long to load? And why is it no longer possible to add test cases or test runs? Can anyone help?

Scale doesn't normally take long to load - I've never experienced major issues in this area.  There might be something else going on.  You can reach SmartBear support here for advice.

Permissions is probably the cause for the issues you're having not being able to add test cases, etc.  That can be found at Project Settings > Apps > Zephyr Scale...
