Not able to import custome feilds values- Urgent

Support me as this is urgent reqest...

We are using Zephyer scale as Test management too..

we have defined few custom fields as we need to fill in diff values for eacg step in end to end tests.

we have done this in an excel sheet..

while importing them through .csv file... the first row is imported and copied same values for All steps.

I mean Step, Data, Expecetd results are imported correctly, rest of the values(custome feild) are not imported for all tesps(only first step and same is copied for rest of the steps).

This is impacting a lot of load.

Ex:  custom fields are System and Stream

Actual :

Name	Test Step description	Expected Results	System	Stream
ATC product - Production and Sales	Calculate and save  ATC price	Cost is calculated	SAP	Finance
	CreatePO for finished product and save	PO is created	CRM	Manufacturing

Currently in Zephyr:

Name	Test Step description	Expected Results	System	Stream
ATC product - Production and Sales	Calculate and save  ATC price	Cost is calculated	SAP	Finance
	CreatePO for finished product and save	PO is created	SAP	Finance

Please adress this with priority.

In comparison to zephyr, X-ray is better for cloud. I've used both and found that the built-in reports and look and feel of xray are superior. Both have advantages and disadvantages, and if you intend to expand this to freshworks integrations here, say qtest, Test complete, then zephyr has some advantages over integration with Jira if it's zephyr because they are both Smartbear products.
