Missing Traceability on user screen

I have created a bunch of test cases, cycles and plans and have then created Confluence pages to document them through.   When i save, i get the "Traceability" button at the top of my screen, my co...

My colleague does have access to the cases/cycles/plans and he has the traceability links within those pages and can see the created confluence page too, Its just the traceability "button/icon" on the confluence page that is not present

I have tested with another colleague and he does have the button, so seems user related and not app.

I see, Hightech. Do you know if your colleague has special characters in his username?

    No special characters that i can see unless they are hidden ones
