JIRA & Zephy Scale are not working today, December 8, 2021 (NZ)

We are experiencing an issue with JIRA & Zephy Scale today. It seems like it's down again. I have raised a ticket (TMJCSUP-5187) in Smartbear support. Hopefully, they can fix it immediately.

I'm afraid there's nothing we can do regarding Jira's availability. At the moment, they're suffering from an outage and this is most likely affecting all plugins as well.
