Is there a way to generate test reports that maintains attachments?

I've just finished a Test Cycle, and generated a Test Execution Results (detailed) report from it to save to our document management system. However, as I reviewed it, I realized all of the "Actual Results" are left blank because I used screenshots and file attachments as my test evidence for almost all of my test cases, which don't seem to be represented anywhere in the report. Is there a way I can include those attachments in my detailed report, or some other kind of report I can generate that keeps that test evidence? Thanks

The "Test execution results (detailed)" report should display the images.  I can see them for tests where I have images in the Actual Result field.

I see, it seems when i have the screenshots as attachments, there is no evidence, but if I get them in the actual result, then I can see them. Thanks!
