Is it possible to have Users with ready only access? For our projects, we will have both internal and external users that we want to be able view test cases and executions, but not alter them in any way.
And just to note that we would need to set the permissions on a per project basis....

you can set the permissions to change test cases/cycles etc. per project in ZS.
