Integration of automated c sharp selenium tests (results) in to Zephyr scale?

Hello community members 

Please can anyone help ? - Integration automated c sharp selenium tests (results) in to Zephyr scale?

current setup has - 

selenium tests with MSTest framework

also selenium tests with specflow BDD set up 

reports are custom built and also Extent reports 

my intention is to link the tests runs such that zephyr scale can update with test results file with test case details and status details.

Is this something that is doable via Zephyr scale ?
