Import Test cases from Rally

Question

Hi, I would like to migrate several test cases from Rally to Jira.

1. What is the best way to migrate from rally to jira - CSV, excel, etc?

2. In the csv option, can we import only for the list of columns provided in the sample csv file? How to import additional fields from Rally ?

3. Is it possible to retain the test case and user story association which is on rally, when we import the test cases to Zephyr?
