How to add multiple Components to test cases in Zephyr Scale?

We are trying to assign more than one Component to a Test Case but have not found a way to do so.  This is using the Components list from Jira but the behavior in Zephyr is contrary to how we are able to use Components in Jira.

If there is a way to do this or set an option to do so in Zephyr, please let me know.
