How to activate zephyr scale by default on a jira ticket ?

How to activate zephyr scale by default on a jira ticket ?

I'm using zephyr scale cloud version.

To activate zephyr scale on a jira ticket, I need to click zephyr scale button. (See the screenshot below, the button in the top- right)

Is it possible to set it to be enabled by default?

Unfortunately it's not possible.  I raised this some time ago with SmartBear support.  I've raised it as a suggestion on the roadmap and am waiting to see if it makes it onto the list for voting: Under consideration - Zephyr Scale | Product Roadmap (productboard.com)

I certainly hope that this feature gets picked up on the roadmap soon. This will certainly enable generating reports from JIRA<>Zephyr Scale. At the moment the traceability is one way (from Zephyr to JIRA) only. Currently, If I wish to generate requirements coverage report from JIRA to Zephyr Scale, because JIRA does not see the Zephyr Test case field until clicked, JIRA does not know the associated test cases.
