For Zephyr Scale (not sure if I have the server or cloud, will I be able to use it with jql in Jira?

I have Zephyr Scale (not sure if I have the server or cloud), will I be able to use it with jql in Jira?  For example, jql functions such as these? https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-scale-server/...

You can use JQL and Scale with Scale Server, but currently not with Scale Cloud.
