Create new Test cases template

I would like to use a report template for test cases with output structure "list", but there is no appropriate template in "Test Library".

I would need a template "Test cases (list)" with selection criteria like template "Test cases by folder" but output structure list view.

Used plugin in Jira: Zephyr

Is this request possible? If yes, how?

    If you're asking is it possible to create your own report template the answer is no.  But you can use the URL from a generated report to dynamically produce those reports, which means you can also edit the URL to create your own reports - and maybe that will partly help you achieve whatever it is you're trying to do?
