Create a report in Zephyr with the Custom field data

Hi Team, I have a select list custom field in Zephyr called Function Test Coverage, with which i need to build a two dimensional report within the Zephyr report as mentioned in the below screens...

If the existing Zephyr coverage reports under the Traceability section aren't what you need I think you're looking at a manual solution, assuming that the data you need can be exported from Zephyr (try it using the 'test execution results (list)' report and export dataset to Excel).  Other than that, I would ask SmartBear support for help - they might be able to provide you with a script or custom report.
