Cloning feature in Zephyr scale

I'm taking the test and found the answer different from what my experience.  Would you please enlighten me?

Test plans cannot be cloned

I see why you're getting confused, the course and quiz are specific to Zephyr Scale Cloud. In the cloud version, you cannot clone test plans. It looks like you're using the server version, which has the ability to clone test plans.
