Call Zephyr Scale Server API with the Token

I want to call the Zephyr Scale Server API to get the test case detail and create some new test cases with the token which I get from here:

(Our company uses the server version Jira.)

but when I use it to call the API, I got an error "Client must be authenticated to access this resource"

Is that the token problem? And can you guide me on how to use the Zephyr Scale Server API or how to get the correct token.
