Page is not retaining the session information

This is a general observation and request irrespective of any project, modules or user.

Highlighting couple of use cases here,

• After accessing any specific Test Case expanding the tree structure and navigating away from the page and coming back the same page the sessions is NOT retained and user has to expand again the tree structure to view the test case.
• User selected Project and Release from the drop down work on it for a while, log out and log back. User has to select the project and release each time from the drop down, the session info. is not retained.
• User expands down Test Repository tree and knowingly or unknowingly navigates to other modules like Requirement or so and clicks back the Test Repository, the expanded tree structure is in collapsed status.
