Need to be able to close releases

Currently the only option is to hide releases. It would be helpful to be able to "close" releases and put them in a read-only like state, to be able to access any test cases and previous execution data. 

This should also carry over to dashboards and reports, the only way to see data is for "in progress" releases.

Great idea!, it would be even better if it can be sync from Jira while the version mark as released over there.
