Improve the feature of un-mapping a Test from a requirement

Currently, there is no simple way to remove the existing mapping between a Test and a Requirement. This can only be done individually for each test through several non-intuitive steps.

We need a more efficiently designed functionality, which allows us to un-map a Test from a Requirement and vice versa individually and in bulk.
