Add testcase field "Order ID" to export to Excel

As the interface in Zephyr for an overview of test cases is small, export of test cases to Excell is needed. You may have hundreds of test cases spread over several folders in the Zephyr test repository. To get an overview of test cases, rearrange them, do updates and changes, and export to Excel are needed. The "Order ID" number is crucial as pivots and other aggregation and sequencing won't work if "Order ID" is not part of the export.
