Add Test Planning and Test Execution assets to project backups

As an Admin, I'd like to ensure that my project backups include not only the test repository assets but also test planning and test execution assets.

Zephyr is used as a test process repository for Requirements to Final test data proving. This data is fundamental to the proof of the reliability and suitability for release into the market. A DR situation would not recover potentially years of test data, defect data, and execution cycles.
