improve support for chrome versions with new TC releases

Hi,

Every time I want to upgrade to a new version of TestComplete, its a real headache to find the supported version(s) of chrome that I need to upgrade to.

So, please either;

1) Provide rapid (e.g. <7days) regression testing / certification of new chrome versions as they are released (and update the Supported Web Browsers page), and/or

2) make available for download standalone installers for supported chrome versions.
