Suggestion to add ability to allow tolerance to numerical numbers within a range for side by side file comparisons. Like using regular expressions or something: extract text and numbers separately. Then, check whether the extracted numbers are within the allowed interval:
We have a lot of engineering data that always contains very slight minute differences, we want to apply tolerance to these numerical values within allowed tolerance, unlike the current tolerance ability that doesn't do this sort of operation.
We currently do this by using scripts but the reporting in this case is terrible. Having results in side by side comparison would reduce a lot of time.
