Exploratory testing/semi-automated manual test case creation tool with TestComplete and QAComplete
Testing tool companies (three I know of) are coming out with exploratory testing/semi-auomated manual test creation tools integrated with their test case management and (in one case) automation tool.

Bascially you click on your application, it records the actions with screenshots and can be later touched-up to create a test case that is imported to their test case management software.
This saves a ton of time creating test cases. TestComplete already has this functionality built in, it just has to be retooled and repackaged slightly. Then with the integration with QAComplete test case writing speed would increase dramatically.
IMHO Smartbear really has to catchup with other companies in this area.
