SwaggerHub Explore login fails for Community members and Github users

swaggerhub-team sent an email from smartbearmail.com

asking us to log in and 'Start Exploring' with the SwaggerHub Explore tool.

and to attend the upcoming webinar: https://smartbear.com/resources/webinars/how-to-dive-into-api-behavior/

but

When the login button is clicked I can't use the community forum email address and password to login.

 

OK , so i have to re-register...

but,

 

When I use my github oAuth account to authorize and register redirects to:

https://api.id.smartbear.com/oauth/github/response?code=32e2783ddaf980d749c2&state=eyJsb2d...9

The following message appears:

 

{"statusCode":400,"message":"interaction session id cookie not found"}

 

A hard refresh gets the message "Failed to login with GitHub account.".

 

2nd time round is the same result starting at https://id.smartbear.com/api/product?sourceProduct=sbportal

    Hi ozbobwa 🙂 I received an update from our team. It seems we were encountering a small issue with our Auth system but it should be fixed. Can you please check and let me know if you are still having an issue? Thanks!

      Hello!

      I have exactly the same problem. I cannot login in either using different web browser (Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Edge) always getting this error message: interaction session id cookie not found

      So no further work is possible. 

      Need urgent help please!

    Hello!

    I have the same problem. When I try to login in appears the same error message: interaction session id cookie not found.

     

    Can you help me?
