Learning Swagger from Scratch (Beginner)

Hi All. I am attempting to learn Swagger from scratch. The program I work for is now on-premise (SQL Server Database) and is going to be converted to the cloud.  At that point, APIs and more specifically Swagger will be used.  Where can I begin to learn Swagger from scratch with an advanced level of SQL but a beginner level of JSON and HTTP.
