How to generate documentation using Swagger api or server for C++ application

He is looking for a solution that scans C++ code and generate swagger document. SWAGGER EDITOR IS NOT AN IDEAL SOLUTION FOR SUCH SITUATIONS. Swagger-scanner kind of solution would be ideal in such scenario.

Also, I would like to highlight that many open source swagger projects do not have good documents. Is it possible to do something about it ?
