Failure in creating client classes for swagger json having operation references

Hi,

   I have the attached swagger for which I am trying to generate client code using swagger code gen. The maven swagger code gen doesn't seem to be following operation references and creating them i.e. the below part of swagger, 

"schema": {
"$ref": "#/paths/~1users~1%7Buser_id%7D~1address/get/responses/400/schema"
} 

 Can someone help me address the issue? I am using jdk17 with maven 3.8.4.
