Automated process with jenkins and swagger for release notes

Hi, I am just wondering if there is some sort of automated process where we can use Jenkins and integrate some steps to identify changes between two swagger.json or swagger.yml files and it will generate release notes of changes between the files. Currently, we have a manual process of writing release notes by comparing old and new files or using some diff tools to identify the changes but the tools won't capture all the changes. It would be great if there was a process to integrate into our CI/CD tool to automate this process.
