When starting SoapUi all my TestSuites are loaded twice.

Hello,

I just moved from SoapUi pro 5.1.2 to SoapUI NG Pro (Ready!API 1.3.1.
When I open SoapUI all my TestSuites are loaded twice.

Both versions can be edited seperataly and this can be very confusing.

When looking in the element.order file the name of the TestSuites only appear once.

I already tryed to delete all the doubles, saved it but when I restart the program all TestSuites they reapear twices.

What do I have to do to solve this?
