Unable to send proxy credentials to the proxy server

Hi Experts,

Proxy credentials are not going to the proxy server . we have configured proxy details in the preferences and also enabled proxy authentication.Network team is claiming that they are getting credentials as null values.

Kindly assist me on this issue.

Follwing is the error:

    Have you done allthe steps mentioned here?

      Hi mcp111,

       

      Thanks for the reply.

      We implemented the steps mentioned in the link but only in the first attempt it connected correctly via proxy but in the next attempt the same proxy authentication 407 proped up.
