Find/Replace dialog not accessible from Script Assertion

When I am editing a script assertion in a Request step and use the context menu to activate the Find/Replace dialog, it briefly appears and then is hidden behind the script window with no controls accessible. If I then close the edit window, the Find/Replace dialog is visible and active.

Seems it is opened in the context of request step  window and not the script assertion window.

Using latest build daily-2009-05-14-[1].
